/KASE, September 30, 2020/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of September 29, 2020, ordinary shares KZ1C00007665 of "Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan)" JSC (Almaty) were included in sector "shares" of KASE official list's alternative market. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally. Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally. According to the certificate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of authorized shares dated October 17, 2019, the issue of authorized shares of Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC was divided in 3,000,000 ordinary shares.
