/KASE, September 29, 2020/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on October 29,
2020 at 11:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders;
- taking a decision on alienation of the company's subsoil use right.
