/KASE, September 24, 2020/ – KEGOC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on
October 23, 2020 at 11:30 o'clock an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders will start, with the agenda as follows:
- on approval of the half-year financial statements of the company as of and for
six months ended June 30, 2020, the procedure of distribution of the net
income, making of a decision on dividend payout on ordinary shares and
approval of the dividend amount per ordinary share of the company for the
first half of 2020;
- on approval of amendments to the company's charter.
