NC KazMunayGas JSC ("KMG") authorized Halyk Finance, JP Morgan, MUFG and
SkyBridge Invest as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Book-runners to organize a
series of teleconferences with investors starting September 28, 2020. Subject
to market conditions, there will be an issue of senior unsecured US dollar-denominated
Eurobonds with an expected "long" maturity of 10 to 30 years, placed in
accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S, with expected ratings Baa3 (Moody's)
and BBB-(Fitch). Stabilized according to FCA/ICMA.
