/KASE, September 22, 2020/ – Bayan Sulu (Kostanay), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 3:00 p.m. on
October 23, 2020 with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the company’s
shareholders;
- on making changes to the major interested-party transaction earlier made by
Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia;
- on determining an audit firm to audit the company.
