/KASE, September 22, 2020/ – Shubarkol komir (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 17, 2020 the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:
- removed: Z. Aimakayev – member of the Management Board;
- elected: D. Kenzhigarin – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Shubarkol komir
consists of five persons: R. Ibragimov, S. Kim, D. Abdykadyrov, D. Savina, D.
Kenzhigarin.
