/KASE, September 15, 2020/ – KazTransGas (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated August 28, 2020 the
following changes were made to the composition of the Management Board:
- removed: N. Rubanov – a member of the Management Board;
- elected: A. Nuralin – a member of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of KazTransGas
consists of seven persons: R. Suleimanov, Y. Temirkhanov, N. Abdygulova, T.
Zhanuzak, P. Lednikov, B. Abaiyldanov, A. Nuralin.
