/KASE, September 15, 2020/ – As announced earlier, an offering of ordinary
shares KZ1C00005388 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", SABR) of
Insurance company "Sinoasia B&R" (Almaty) is conducted in the trading system
of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) today by way of
subscription to them.
BCC Invest – Subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit (hereinafter – the
Seller) acts as the seller during the subscription to said shares.
The number of shares being offered – 12,000 pieces.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on September 15, 2020 from 10:30
to 12:30 o'clock Almaty time (ALT).
The security ticker during the subscription is SABR. During the subscription
only limit orders that were submitted to KASE's trading system by the closed
method will be collected.
The subscription conditions contain no restrictions on buyers with regard to the
maximum number of shares in orders submitted.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is September 15, 2020; the settlement date is September 16, 2020.
The Central Securities Depository JSC will carry out settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to this subscription's terms the list of additional information on the
investor disclosed to the Seller of said shares includes the following
information:
1) the surname, first name, patronymic (if any) of the individual or the name of
the legal entity;
2) IIN of an individual or BIN of a legal entity.
