/KASE, September 14, 2020/ – Fund of Financial Support for Agriculture
(Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder
dated September 4, 2020, Y. Sairov was elected an independent director of the
company.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Fund of Financial
Support for Agriculture consists of seven persons: A. Juvashev, A. Juanyshbayeva,
Z. Omarov, A. Akhmetova, B. Utepbayev, D. Yenkebayev, Y. Sairov.
