/KASE, September 14, 2020/ – Shubarkol komir (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on October 15,
2020 at 11:00 o'clock, with the meeting agenda as follows.
- on making changes to the company's charter;
- on approval of the methodology for determining the value of the company's
shares when they are repurchased by the company on the over-the-counter
securities market.
