Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum", or "the Company"), an independent oil
and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil
and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today announces the resignation of Mr Michael
Calvey from the Board of Directors of the Company effective 4 September 2020.
In accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association, the appointment by Mr
Calvey of Mr Ralph Tavakolian Morgan as an alternate director for him also
ceased at the same time as Mr Calvey's resignation took effect.
