/KASE, September 3, 2020/ – Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated
September 1, 2020, Zh. Satubaldina, deputy Chairman of the Management Board,
a member of the Management Board, was removed from the composition of the
bank's Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan consists of nine persons: U. Shayakhmetova, A. Bodanov, M. Kablashev,
A. Karpykova, M. Koshenov, Zh. Mamutov, E. Salimov, D. Sartayev, A. Smagulov.
