/KASE, August 27, 2020/ – By the decision of the Management Board of the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), bonds KZ2D00006939 (KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn, 2
years, annual coupon will be determined after first successful special trading
session on offering bonds; 30/360) of the Eurasian Development Bank in the
"Securities of international financial organizations" sector of KASE Official
List as of August 28, 2020.
Subsidiary Organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance (Almaty) is
the initiator of admittance of these bonds.
Opening of trading in these shares on KASE will also be announced additionally.
These bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) EABRb12.
