On April 30 MAEC will be exhibited at trades

/Kazakhstan today, April 30, 03/ - Today, on April 30 in Aktau there will be held auction trades on sale of complex RSE "Mangyshlakskiy atomic energy complex" (MAEC) by Dutch method, for decreasing. KZ-today was informed about it by MAEC's press-service. As was informed before, according to the resolution of Kazakhstan government, selling of the energy complex will be made by one lot, because MAEC is the strategic enterprise, which gives single technological production cycle, which is necessary for uninterrupted energy-heat water supply and keeping of radiation safety of reactor BN-350. Accordingly, a purchaser of competition mass will be demanded to have license and operational experience with radio-active materials, creating of continuity of production and technological cycle, provide consumers with energy-heat water supply and supporting of work of nature-conservative objects. Besides MAEC's customer will have to give work for 4 th. employees and pay off indebtedness of this enterprise. At present the cost of the atomic complex, according to results of the auditor's examination, is KZT6.04 bn. According to the information of MAEC's press-service, trades on selling of the complex by English method for increasing was appointed on April 29, however they were not held in accordance with absence of buyers. Application of participating in the auction on April 30 were submitted by three enterprises NAC Kazatomprom, National nuclear center and "KATEP". Lower limit of price, which has been confirmed by creditors Council, is KZT112 m. As was informed before, total size of MAEC's debt is KZT8.3 bn., KZT4.5 bn. of which is indebtedness for the budget. MAEC's staff comprises reactor BN- 350, 2 HS, condensation heat electrical station, the plant of preparation of distillate and industrial water supply, main hot-water systems and pipelines with central hubs of water supply, electric main with substations, water scoop, repair plant, warehouses, mazut storehouses, militarized guard and other objects.
