/KASE, August 28, 2020/ – TNC Kazchrome (Aktobe), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start at 3:00 pm, September
28, 2020 with the following meeting agenda:
- on making amendments to the company charter;
- on the approval of the Methodology for Share Valuation at buyback on OTC market
by the company.
