Bank TuranAlem OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the 2nd coupon payment on its bonds of the 2nd issue

/KASE, April 30, 03/ - Bank TuranAlem OJSC (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on April 29 of 2003, in accordance with issue terms, the bank had paid the second coupon interest to holders of indexed on tenge devaluation bonds of the second issue (KZ2CKY08A535; KASE's official "А" listing category; BTASb2; KZT15,000, KZT3,750.0 m; April 29, 02 - April 29, 10, semi-annual coupon 9.0% APR). According to the issuer's information charging of coupon interest was equal to KZT167,283,720.21. Total payments excluding the tax at the source of the payment equaled to KZT167,008,252.91. The bonds are served in tenge at the weighted average stock exchange's rate on payments date. Judging on the mentioned sum of coupon payment, by register fixation date (March 29, 03) the whole registered securities volume was on bondholders' depo- accounts. [2003-04-30]
