/KASE, August 20, 2020/ – Dosjan Temir Joly ( Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
the agenda of Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for
September 8, 2020 was amended with the following issues:
- On early termination of powers of M.Zh. Medeubaev, the chairman of the Board of
Directors;
- On early termination of powers of Grigoryan A.G., a member of the Board of
Directors and an independent director of the company;
- Setting the quantative makeup of the Board of Directors’ members as 7 persons;
- Electing members of the company's Board of Directors
- Electing the chairman of the company's Board of Directors.
