/KASE, August 20, 2020/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the payout
of dividends on its ordinary shares KZ1C00000512 (KASE main market, category
"standard", AKFI) for 2019 in the amount of KZT27 per on share on August 14, 2020.
According to the information provided, the payout amounted to KZT1,291,099,770.
The list of shareholders for payout of dividends was fixed as of May 28, 2020.
