/KASE, August 18, 2020/ – Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision
of the Board of Directors of August 10, 2020 the following changes were made to
the Management Board:
- D.T. Zheksembekov, Deputy Chairman of Management Board for Economics and
Administrative Issues , was removed;
- D.Zh. Kozhasbayev was elected Deputy Chairman of Management Board for Economics
and Administrative Issues.
Given these changes, Transtelecom’s Management Board consists of seven people:
E.R. Adaibekov D.Zh. Kozhasbayev, R.E. Manatayev, M.S. Akhmetov, K.T. Barmenkulov,
E.E. Minavar, A. Baimyrzauly.
