/KASE, August 18, 2020/ – Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision of
the General Meeting of Shareholders of August 3, 2020 the following changes were
made to the Board of Directors:
- Rahul Gupta was removed;
- Zh.U. Nadyrov, a member of the Board of Directors, was elected.
Given the changes made, Transtelecom’s Board of Directors comprises seven people:
N.R. Aliyev, Zh.U. Nadyrov, S.G. Amrin, B.M. Otemurat, D.A. Pokupatelev, E.O.
Isekeshev and K.M. Dosmukametov.
