/KASE, August 14, 2020/ – ATFBank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that S.M. Kakimova, a member
of the Board of Directors and an independent director, has been removed from
Board of Directors at her initiative.
Given the changes made, ATFBank’s Board of Directors comprises three people:
G.Sh. Yesenov, Anthony Espina, S.A. Akhanov, R.N. Shaketayev.
