/KASE, August 14, 2020/ – TechnoLeasing (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), hasinformed KASE of the decision of
its sole shareholder of July 31, 2020.
The sole shareholder made the following decisions:
- to take into consideration the auditor’s report by KPMG Audit to the financial
statements of the company for 2019;
- approve annual financial statements of the company for 2019;
- to take into consideration operational and financial performance report of the
company for 2019;
- to spend net profit in full on the company development.
The sole shareholder has taken decision on five issues of the agenda.
