/KASE, August 14, 2020/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 12, 2020 made a decision to
include bonds KZ2P00006877 (KZT1,000, KZT4.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon,
will be determined based on results of the first successful special trading
session for offering of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization
OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty) in KASE official list by the category "bonds" of
the alternative market.
The effective date of said decision of the Listing Commission is August 14,
2020.
Opening of trading in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
