/KASE, August 11, 2020/ – KazAzot (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on
the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of
the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on August 4, 2020:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2019;
- to approve net income distribution procedure of the company for 2019 and make
decision to pay dividends per ordinary share:
- distribute net income of the company in the amout of KZT15,164,068,452.07:
- to direct KZT10,000,000,000 for payout of dividends on the results of 2019;
- KZT5,164,068,452.07 to remain at the company’s disposal;
- the amount of dividends per one ordinary share for 2019 is KZT100,000.
Overall, the decisions on six issues of the agenda were taken at the General
Meeting of shareholders.
