/KASE, August 6, 2020/ – As announced earlier, the Listing Commission of the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), made a decision to include bonds KZ2C00006880
(TCOMb2; KZT1,000, KZT18.0 bn; 12 years, semi-annual coupon, 11.50 % APR; 30/360)
of Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan) in KASE Official List main market's "bonds" category
on August 3, 2020.
This decision of the Listing Commission came into effect on August 6, 2020.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.
