/KASE, August 6, 2020/ – Atameken-Agro (Kokshetau), whose shares are
officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on August 28,
2020 at 15:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on approval of the company's financial statements for 2019;
- on approval of the procedure for distribution of the company's net income for
2019, on making a decision on payout of dividends on ordinary shares of the
company and on approval of the amount of dividends per one ordinary share of
the company for 2019;
- on choosing an auditing firm that would audit the company for 2020;
- on increasing the number of the company's authorized ordinary shares.
