/KASE, August 5, 2020/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company (Aktau),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decisions of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders
held on July 30, 2020:
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- to approve financial statements of the company for 2019;
- not to pay dividends on the company’s ordinary shares for 2019;
- net income in the amount of KZT4,582,119,156.62 to remain at the company’s
disposal and to be used for implementation of investment projects;
- to choose Deloitte as an auditor for conducting the audit of the company for
2020.
