/KASE, August 5, 2020/ – Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions
of the Annual General Meeting of its shareholders held on July 29, 2020:
The shareholders made the following decisions:
- financial statements of the company for 2019 approved;
- net income distribution procedure of the company approved for 2019:
- 100% of net income in the amount of KZT2,708,131,140 to remain at the company’s
disposal and to be used for implementation of investment projects;
- not to pay dividends on the company’s ordinary shares for 2019;
- not to approve the amount of dividends per one ordinary share for 2019.
Overall, the decisions on five issues of the agenda were taken at the General
Meeting of shareholders.
