Kazakhstan LLP. According to the auditor’s report, the consolidated financial
statements present fairly, in all material respects, the consolidated financial
position of Asker Munai Exploration and its subsidiary as at December 31, 2019
and its consolidated financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year
then ended in accordance with IFRS.
