Bonds KZ2C00006880 (TCOMb2) of Transtelecom underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of the main market

/KASE, August 3, 2020/ – By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of August 3, 2020, bonds KZ2C00006880 (KZT1,000, KZT18.0 bn; 12 years; semi-annual coupon 11.50 %; 30/360) of Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE Official List main market's "bonds" category. The date of this Listing Commission decision’s entry into force will be communicated later once this issuer fulfils conditions of item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document Listing Rules. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. This bond issue is the first within the first bond program of Transtelecom registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on June 23, 2020 for the total amount of KZT50.0 bn. Private Asset Management (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Transtelecom. These bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) TCOMb2.
