/KASE, July 30, 2020/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of its sole shareholder dated July 16, 2020 the following
changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:
- removed: E. Taszhurekov – Chairman of the Board of Directors, A. Daribayev
– member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: A. Daribayev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, E. Taszhurekov –
member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of KazAgroFinance
JSC consists of five persons: M. Daribayev, K. Izbastin, E. Taszhurekov, S.
Madiyev, R. Orazbayev.
