"TrustFinAudit" LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the consolidated
financial statements reflect reliably in all significant relations the
financial position of S.A.S. and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2019, as
well as their financial results and cash flows for the year ended as of the
specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
