/KASE, July 28, 2020/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders by absentee voting will start
on August 31, 2020 with the following agenda:
1) on electing Counting Commission of the company;
2) on extending the term of office of the chairman of the Supervisory Board
of the company;
3) on re-electing an independent director of the company.
