/KASE, July 27, 2020/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will start on September 7,
2020 at 15:00 o'clock with the agenda containing the following issues:
- on changes in the composition of the company's Board of Directors;
- on remuneration to the company's independent directors.
