Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE as follows:

Kcell Joint Stock Company (“Kcell” or the “Company”) (LSE, KASE: KCEL; AIX: KCEL,
KCEL.Y), the leading provider of mobile telecommunications services in Kazakhstan,
informs its shareholders and investors that the Company has signed the supplementary
agreement with Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan on the reduction of the interest rate from
11.5% to 11.2% per annum under the Loan Agreement No. KD 01-13-18-09 dated April
23, 2020. The interest rate was changed as of July 14, 2020.
