provided KASE with an auditor's report on the company's financial statements
for 2019.

Auditing Firm "Russell Bedford A+ Partners" LLP. According to the auditor's
opinion, financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the
financial position of Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" as of December 31,
2019, as well as costs incurred, cash flows and changes in the capital for the
period that started on January 1, 2019 and ended on December 31, 2019 in
accordance with the IFRS.
