According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 30,000,000,000 pieces, preferred shares - 750,000,000 pieces; - 12,846,773,954 common shares and 392,649,871 preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the company bought back 10,445,774 common shares; - the Company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is K.Rakishev, who owns 12,690,589,162 shares of the company (95.85% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 12,560,928,493 common shares (97.85% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company) and 129,660,669 preferred shares of the company (33.02% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company).
