/KASE, July 17, 2020/ – Fincraft Capital (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision of
the sole shareholder of July 14, 2020 the following changes were made to the
Board of Directors:
- S.M. Nugybayev, a member of the Board of Directors, have been removed;
- O.E. Beloborodova, a member of the Board of Directors, have been elected.
Currently, Fincraft Capital’s Board of Directors comprises four people: S.M.
Dugashev, O.E. Beloborodova, E.E. Yerekeshev, E.Zh. Maikibayev.
