whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 30, 2020 on
offering of 9,489,401 ordinary shares KZ1C00001494 (KASE main market, category
"standard", KZAL) on the over-the-counter market by way of private subscription.
