/KASE, July 13, 2020/ – Alma Telecommunications Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated
July 8, 2020, D. Zheksembekov – a member of the Board of Directors, independent
director, was removed from the composition of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of Alma
Telecommunications Kazakhstan consists of three persons: N. Smailov, E.
Tungushbayev, A. Toktagali.
