/KASE, July 10, 2020/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that
trading in bonds KZ2C00001287 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds",
EKTNb1) of EKOTON+ (Nur-Sultan) will be suspended on KASE from July 31, 2020.
The suspension is related to the general meeting of holders of these bonds
scheduled for July 31, 2020, where they will consider making changes to the
issue prospectus of these bonds.
Trading in the bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next business day after the
receipt by KASE of respective changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds
and confirmation from Central Securities Depository about resumption of their
offering and circulation in its accounting system.
