report on the company's financial statements for 2019.

LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, financial statements present fairly,
in all material respects, the financial position of POSITIV-A as of December
31, 2019, and its financial results and cash flows for the year ended as of the
specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
