Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an auditor's report
on the company's consolidated financial statements for 2019, 2018 and 2017.

The auditing of the financial statements of the company for 2019, 2018 and 2017
was carried out by Deloitte LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the
consolidated financial statements reliably reflect, in all material respects,
the financial position of Kaspi.kz JSC and its subsidiaries as of 31 December
2019, 2018 and 2017, as well as their consolidated financial results and
consolidated cash flows for the years ended at the indicated dates in
accordance with the IFRS.
