/KASE, July 7, 2020/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company (Aktau),
whose securities are officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders will
start on July 30, 2020 at 11:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on determining the auditing organization for auditing of the company for 2020;
- on approval of the company's 2019 annual report;
- on approval of the company's financial statements for 2019.
