/KASE, July 7, 2020/ – Tin One Mining (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision
of the General Meeting of Shareholders of June 29, 2020 the following persons
were elected to the bank’s Board of Directors: A.A. Seidullayev, E.V. Shevelev,
N.K. Dzhanabekov, N.N. Bekgaidarov, N.B. Ryspanov.
Given these changes, the Board of Directors of Tin One Mining comprises five
people.
