/KASE, July 7, 2020/ – Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that the following changes were made to the Board of Directors by
the decision of the sole shareholder of June 25, 2020:
- A.A. Arifkhanov, a member of Board of Directors, has been excluded;
- K.A. Uskenbayev, a member of Board of Directors, has been elected.
Given these changes, the Board of Directors of Housing Construction Savings Bank
of Kazakhstan comprises seven people: K.A. Uskenbayev, E.E. Khamitov, M.T. Omarov,
L.E. Ibragimova, E.M. Yermekova, D.Kh. Kydyrbayev, A.A. Barunin.
