According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 18,000,000 pieces; - 12,839,114 common shares of the bank are outstanding; - the sole person holding shares of the bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the bank's outstanding shares is PJSC Sberbank of Russia (Moscow), which owns 12,838,826 common shares of the bank (100.00% of the total number of the bank outstanding shares).
