/KASE, July 3, 2020/ – Freedom Finance (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of shareholders will start at 10:00 a.m., August 3, 2020.
The only issue on this meeting agenda is participation of Freedom Finance in
legal entity’s operations by purchasing ordinary and preferred shares in the
amount making up more than 25 percent of all assets owned by Freedom Finance.
