/KASE, July 3, 2020/ – AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 29, 2020.
The shareholder also took the following decisions:
- to approve separate and consolidated financial statements of the bank for
2019, confirmed by the auditor's report of BDO Kazakhstan LLP;
- not to pay out dividends on ordinary shares of the bank.
