report on the bank's consolidated financial statement for 2019.

The company's financial statements for 2019 were audited by KPMG Audit LLP.
According to the auditor's opinion, the consolidated financial statements
present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Eurasian
Bank and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2019, and their consolidated
financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of the
specified date in accordance with the IFRS.
